Took a ride into Plano to check out the J C Penny Museum and stayed to have lunch. Interesting building with a cafeteria (open to public - which we par took of) and a little gift shop. Not much of a museum and we had to pass throught the atrium with surrounding offices to get there. Nice open building and nice working envirnment or so it seemed to us. These are actual items from Mr. Penny's personal belongings. He was quite a guy and really did live the "American dream". Hats off to him. It was an interesting display and to see where his ideas have expanded over the years and carried on long after he is gone. Other picture is of Earl looking down on cafeteria area
